The first book written under this structure, Cottage Sinister, was executed by Martha Mott Kelley and Richard Wilson Webb. This book is very clean, bright and solid. The dust jacket, with cover art by Guy Fry, shows some minor edge-wear to the corners and some minor chipping to the spine ends. A very nice copy. Near Fine / Good. …
