Inscribed by author on free endpaper, rest of text block tight and unmarked. Unclipped DJ in Mylar. Front panel .5 cm x 8 cm piece missing on upper fold line, 1 cm chip to lower right corner. 1 cm chips to head/tail of spine. Back panel 3 x 4 cm piece missing lower right corner.
