Condition: Good condition. Dust Jacket Condition: None. Current Science for the Increase and Diffusion of Scientific Knowledge: Volume V, Numbers 1-12, 14-17 , September 1928 to January 1929, Current Science, New York City and Columbus, Ohio, 1928-1929. 1-52, 57-72pp. Sixteen issues total. Missing Vol. V, No. 13 (pages 53-56). Issues are consecutively paginated,1-52, 57-72pp. Brad bound in a "Looseleaf Science Notebook for Current Science" folder. The owner wrote their name "Berthe Sanborn" and the dates of the issues on the front. A few lines of pencil marginalia throughout. Folder has moderate creasing, sunning and soiling. Text block has light creasing and soiling. Good condition. A weekly publication dedicated to disseminating scientific knowledge, with subjects ranging from seventeen-year locusts to television to the Andromeda nebula. There are many b&w illustrations and the content seems to be geared towards young adults.
