Light wear to extremities only. Well bound tight copy with covers firmly attached. Former owner bookplate on the front paste-down, writer Francis N. Peloubet, with handwritten book number from his library. Front free end page has the signature of the editor, with preface "cordially yours" above this is a quoted poem from browning in her handwriting, dated Feb. 10, 1910. Below this is a pencil notation of transfer of ownership and dated 1920. Bright and clean paper (deckled fore- and bottom-edges) and very good presswork. Frontispiece of Browning with tissue guard still present. No dust jacket, if issued. 179 pages.

Brown sude leather, front fore-edge has lost a uniform strip of about 1/16th of an inch- see graphic. Contents VG and clean throughout. I don't know if it is Elizabeth or Robert and I don't see a reference for the book nor does it specify. It consists of quotes amounting to a line or two up to a couple of verses.
