Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Octavo. 265 pages, indexed. Hardcover in grey pictorial dust jacket, now in mylar. The jacket has a blue "Signed" label taped to the inside of the mylar at the foot of the spine. The jacket has moderate wear with some rubbing along the edges and brief chipping at the headcap. Illustrated endpapers. Some pencil notations on recto of front flyleaf. There is tipped-in biographical note before the half title pertaining to WWII Marine Corps Aviation fighter pilot Robert Edward Galer and is signed by him as "R. E. Galer" at the bottom. This book is NOT signed by De Chant. Signed By Subject.
