Clinton-Baddeley was born on May 30, 1900 in Budleigh Salterton, Devon, England as Victor Vaughan Reynolds Geraint Clinton Clinton-Baddeley. He was an actor and writer, known for Born That Way (1936), His Lordship (1932) and The Cup That Cheers and the Split in the Cabinet (1938).
