Condition: Good. 1940. No edition remarks. 342 pages. No dust jacket. Pictorial cloth covered boards. Black and white illustration plates and a fold-out map. Pages remain bright and clean with minimal tanning and foxing. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf wear with minor corner bumping and crushing to spine ends.

Hardcover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Volume 2 only. Publication of 342 pages. Externally the book shows signs of previous ownership. The original boards are slightly shelf rubbed, edge worn, and scuffed in places. The boards are damp stained, as well as on page edges. There is slight tanning around the block of the book. Despite this the text remains clear. GK. Our orders are shipped using tracked courier delivery services.
