A structured questionnaire entitled Digital Communication Decency and Managerial Effectiveness Index (DCDMEI) was designed on a four-point Likert scale. The instrument's reliability was ascertained using Crombach Alpha, with the most negligible coefficient up to 0.743. Out of 110 copies of the questionnaire distributed, 98 documents were retrieved.
