Basil Heatterserved as skipper of a PT boat during WW II in the southwest Pacific. He was wounded and decorated. The novel is semi-autobiographical. thenovel hero is a wounded PT boat skipper recoverering in Australia. Possibly the author's only novel. 256pp, 12mo (5 1/4" wide x 7 3/4" tall).Burgundy imprint, blue cloth (hardcover) with the illustrated jacket protected in a removable, clear archival cover.
