Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. First Edition, First Printing. 202p plus ads in back. A hardcover book bound in pastel blue pictorial cloth. Cloth lightly soiled and spine sunned; small ink scribble about 2 inches from the bottom of the spine. Corners wearing through. Light smudge on plate facing page 93. Faint yellowing on pages facing plates. Otherwise clean and tight. A very scarce vintage fitness manual illustrated with black and white plates.
