Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. First edition. Slight soil spotting at the bottom margin of a couple pages, light wear at the spine ends, very good in very good dust jacket with nicks and tears, rubbing, and interior tape repairs. Signed by Koster on the title page.
