No Binding. Condition: Very Good. ("Frederick Faust") 1 page, October 6, 1938, to Loew's Incorporated Culver City California. Faust requests that any on film credits they use his pseudonym "Max Brand" and not his real name. Very good (file holes at top margin; chip on upper left). Scarce. Faust (born May 29, 1893, Seattle Washington - died May 12, 1944, Santa Maria Infante, Italy). His numerous works include "Destry Rides Again;" "Dr. Kildare" and many others. Signed by Author(s).
