No Binding. Condition: Fine. ("Carmen Miranda") boldly penned in black fountain pen ink on her William Morris Agency Television Authorization contract, Beverly Hills, California, January, 1, 1952. Also signed by Samuel Sachs for the William Morris Agency. 8 1/2" x 13", 1 page (recto only). Fine (four punch holes in the upper margin; one paragraph of text lined out). One year television authorization agreement between the William Morris Agency and Miranda for the standard 10% commission. Signed by Author(s).
