Dust jacket, enclosed in protective mylar (mylar not pictured), is in G condition, having a small scuff on front of jacket that moves down into photograph about two inches; jacket spine lightly faded; left of front jacket shows some light dimpling; light edge-wear, and some light rubbing/scuffing to surface. Book is illustrated with b&w photographs and drawings. Book is INSCRIBED BY AUTHOR ACKROYD on title-page in black marker, and dated. History. DB. Inscribed by Author(s).

Small quarto (24cm); 160pp. Illustrated dust jacket; green boards with gilt lettering to spine. Price-clipped jacket shows light rubbing to edges, a corner crease to rear flap, and some faint foxing to verso. Boards bow outward a bit at fore-edge, with some bumping along bottom edge and corners and nudging at spine ends. Binding is sound and pages unmarked. Bookplate signed by Ackroyd loosely laid in at front.
