Selected content for this double issue includes a long poem by Andrew Salkey, a long article on jazz, other articles on U.S. intervention in Central America, Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coalition, art, etc., a tribute to recently deceased artist John A. Kendrick, interviews with Dick Gregory, Ray Almeida, Paul Carter Harrison, Rev. Robin L. Harden, James Baldwin's speech, "Messages from the Prophets", plus artwork, poetry, short stories, etc. Stapled, illustrated wrappers (11" x 8 ½"), 886 p., illus.
