    Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 1864 textbook with twelve coloured plates containing 451 figures. Book leans slightly to the right. Boards and spine are worn, particularly around edges and corners. Corners bumped. Pages browned. Paper split between front endpapers, also small gaps between some other pages through which binding is visible. Scuff marks on some pages, edges, endpapers and occasional pages foxed and stained. Green ink marks on front pastedown endpaper. Book is worn, in fair condition. *We always describe the faults of our books meticulously but they usually present better than they sound.
