Originally published by Chapman & Hall in 1850 and then later by Routledge. The spine has a half-inch tear to the edge next to the rear panel and is a little faded but the gilt lettering is clear and fairly bright. The boards only have a few light marks and light corner rubbing. Browning to the page edges. The endpapers have a little tearing to the paper over the hinges and some browning but are otherwise unmarked. There is a little brown spotting to the title page but the pages are otherwise clean and unmarked. Illustrated by H.K. Browne.
