Black and white illustrations throughout with colour frontispiece. Pages and illustrations have light tanning and foxing throughout. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Spine is in good condition. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with tears and creasing. Tape to spine. Foxing overall.

The Squirrel Series. Patrick and Andrew went to stay on a farm. They made friends with all the animals, and drove with Jill in a donkey-cart. George and Ron said town boys were silly, and they wouldn't let them play in Lonesome Cottage. But they all made friends when Harry came. Dark orange boards with dark titles and squirrel vignette to front cover. Colour frontis and b/w illustrations. 62 pages. SIGNED by author on title page, in green pen with dedication and date. A little bumping to spine and corners. Light foxing to text block. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn with a few small chips and tears. Rear panel slightly grubby and spine lightly browned.
