Went into many editions. Mitchell was with Samuel Ryder responsible for the idea of the Ryder Cup. Indeed Mitchell is the man standing on top of the Ryder Cup Trophy. Dust jacket has a tear to rear jacket removing 4" running to top of spine now lacking "Essentials of" onto part of the front cover removing "Abe" from the upper left corner. Uncommon first edition with more uncommon wrapper. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
