Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Book size about 6 by 7 1/2 inches with some 48 pages. Bound in illustrated wraps. Illustrated throughout mostly with photos of Charles Atlas. Bound and printed on cheap flimsy paper. A book advertising the body building techniques of Charles Atlas, probably the best known body builder of his day. His method of 'Dynamic Tension' was promoted widely in the U.S. including any form of book read by young boys or men (Comic books were a favorite advertising medium). Covers loose from the text block; small tears and chips; evidence of previous exposure to damp; flimsy paper. VERY GOOD-.
