Hardcover with dustjacket, first printing as stated on copyright page, "A novel of moral courage in defense of individual rights," the former owner's name is present on the first blank end-paper, mild tanning to the blank end-papers, two small tan blemishes are present on the bottom outer edge, the binding is tight and square and the contents are fine, the jacket has a small tanned area near the top corner of the front panel from a piece of tape, edge-wear at top of spine, and some foxing along the folds, the original price (3.95) is present and a professional (removable) mylar cover is included.
