In combining the experimental-phenomenological and psychoanalytic views of the subject's responses to the rorschach ink blots, Dr Schachtel reveals a new and significant dimension in the processes of the individual as he takes the test. ***Through his experimental approach Dr Schachtel develops an original theory on the nature of the test data already studied and interpreted by Rorschach workers.
