Contains [xvi] 153 printed pages of text with monochrome photographs throughout. Fine condition book in very near Fine condition dust wrapper with shallow rubs to the spi…ne tips. Laid inside is the original sales invoice from the author dated 1966 with his printed name to the bottom and his home address to the top and SIGNED 'Received with many thanks R. H.
