    E. Yakovlev (illustrator). Original vintage movie poster for a civil war drama film about the 1920 Polish-Soviet War from a Soviet perspective - ÐеÑÐ Ð°Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð½Ð°Ñ / Pervaya Konnaya - directed by Efim Dzigan, written by Vsevolod Vishnevskiy and starring Nikolay Bogolyubov, Semyon Goldshtab and Aleksey Gribov featuring a dynamic design of a rider on a horse rearing up against a deep red and black background, the bold slanted title lettering below and the credits on the side. Although made in 1939-1940, this film was banned due to a change in political views and it wasn't shown at a public screening until 1987. Very good condition, minor tears on left and bottom margin. Size: 93x60cm.
