(The 1996 is the copyright date, not the date of publication.) It HAS been inscribed (and dated 2006) by Masiello on the title page. It's an oblong book11 1/4" by 9 1/4", and has about 30 glossy pages. Both the book and the dust jacket are in near fine condition. (But for the inscription which reads: "To Norah . . .
