No Binding. Condition: Very Good. We offer a wonderfully moody lithograph seemingly influenced by modern Japanese woodblock prints. It was done by prolific printmaker, Richard Florsheim, and editioned and signed in graphite at the lower margin: "20/125 R Florsheim" and published by the Associated American Artists. Image: 9 3/4" x 13 3/4" on a 13 1/2" x 17 1/2" deckle edge sheet of paper. Richard Florsheim (1916-1979), American printmaker, painter, and sculptor helped found the Artists' League of the Midwest and served as president of the Artists Equity Association. His works are held in the collections of numerous significant art institutions, including: the Art Institute of Chicago, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Whitney Museum, etc. Condition: Lightly toned at mat window, one piece of hinging tape at recto upper blank margin, otherwise very good. Signed by Illustrator(s).
