A Fluxus newsletter circulated by Maciunas to his mailing list with the program for a FluxOrchestra performance on September 23, 1965 at the Carnegie Recital Hall. Notably, this example also includes three adding machine ribbons from the FluxOrchestra performance, one of which was used as a score, and was inscribed by the violinist. The program lists and describes sixteen different sections conducted by La Monte Young. Performers included Ben Vautier, Chieko Shiomi, George Brecht, Yoko Ono, Anthony Cox, Robert Bob Watts, Tomas Schmit, Stan Vanderbeek and Joe Jones. The program is inscribed in the hand of La Monte Young: "Exchange Tear Rub Peel Take Off." A unique document of early Fluxus. Hendricks, Fluxus Codex, p. 595. Offset, with holograph inscriptions in the hand of La Monte Young. One 11 x 8 1/2 in sheet, with three 14 1/2 x 3 1/2 in sheets printed from an adding machine, inscribed "We used this score in the Fluxus orchestra at Carnegie Recital hall I played the violin." All very good, with lines from folding, and substantial discoloration from use.
