Cover does show shelf wear and light age toning with creasing along both sides of the spine. Edges are worn and both top and bottom edges of the front cover have small tears along the spine. Spine is also slanted forward. Side edge of text block is dyed green but has slightly faded over time and has spotted water damage along the side edge which does not continue onto the pages. Text is age toned but clean otherwise. Binding has cracked inside the front and back covers but remains tight throughout the text. Overall book has easily withstood the test of time and has a rare cover.
