The idea was not mine, and I promptly disclaimed all moral responsibility when it was first suggested to me. The book is believed to have been published in 1907 as this date is shown at the bottom left hand corner of the title page. This rare book does not have a dust jacket. The green cloth covers have black titles and illustrations. There is some shelf wear and rubbing to the covers. The spine is frayed and bumped at the top and bottom. There is light foxin.
