52(4) S., Gr.-Oktav (ca. 18,6 x 24,7 cm), farbig illustr. OLn. (v. E. Oswald) m.OU. - Erstausgabe. Eindrucksvoll illustrierte Ausgabe. "Die schönste Ausgabe aller Hey'schen Fabeln" (Verlag). Berühmte Fabelsammlung in neuer Auswahl durch den Pädagogen P. Samuleit. Sehr seltenes handschriftliches Widmungsexemplar des Illustrators E. Oßwald: "besten Gruß, 21.01.34" (in Bleistift auf dem Titelblatt), dazu in Bleistift unterstrichen der gedruckte Künstler-Name; außerdem Orig.-Adreß-Stempel des Künstlers auf dem Schutzumschlag "Eug. Osswald / München 19 / Wilhelm Düllstr. 17 / Telefon 62664". Eugen Oßwald (1879-1960), Schüler von Heinrich von Zügel und Angelo Jank, war als Tiermaler bekannt und illustrierte mehrere Kinderbücher. - Ausgesprochen frisches Exemplar mit dem Original-Schutzumschlag (dieser nur minimal gebraucht).
