Add to basketHardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 1st Edition. A scarce and wonderful book, and even rarer as a signed first printing. The book is signed on the half title page, with the date '20/04/2006'. A book that was read on BBC R4, and was widely praised, describes Van Gogh and Gaugin, and the nine turbulent weeks they spent in Arles. The jacket has a R4 sticker, and is not price clipped, and it is in a mylar sleeve. The book is clean and tight but it has been read; there is a slight lean to the spine. The binding is without damaged corners, and this scarce hardback signed first edition copy is a near perfect collectable.
