Francois Hingant 1761-1827 was a Breton émigré and author who arrived in England with François-René, vicomte de Chateaubriand and shared poverty and friendship with him in London providing much of the material for Genius of Christianity. George Dyer (1755-1841) was an English classicist, poet and editor. Size is 225 x 180mm. Condition is average. Age toning. Folding creases. Edges rubbed and nicked. Paper reinforcements. Ref 19048.
