Georg Winter druckt seine Motive stets komplett homogen in Schwarz und auf Transparentpapier. Dadurch wirken diese zum Teil wie Schaubilder, auf denen die verschiedenen technischen Geräte nebeneinander stehen und erläutert werden, wenn sie in einem Projekt zum Einsatz kommen. Dieser stets sachliche Ton knüpft an eine heute kaum mehr präsente Tradition des Hochdrucks innerhalb der Moderne in den 1920er Jahren an, wie sie etwa durch die Kölner Progressiven oder auch Otto Neuraths Wiener Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftsmuseum stilistisch forciert wurde.
