Mage's name and contact information also on the first leaf, in manuscript ink. Black titled wrappers. Title page present, dated 1966, noted as FIRST DRAFT, with credits for screenwriters Mage and Revon, and novelist Parker. 137 leaves, with last page of text numbered 134, and a laid-in letter. Mechanical duplication. Pages and wrapper Near Fine, bound internally with two gold brads.
