Both the dedication and the poem are signed by Fort, as is the justification. Additionally, this copy is COMPLETE WITH THE FULL-PAGE HORS-TEXTE LITHOGRAPHED PORTRAIT OF FORT, BY SEVERINI. The portrait is SIGNED AND INSCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR AND SIGNED IN THE STONE BY THE ARTIST. This portrait is usually missing, as it was published shortly after the book. 4to.
