This is the original author's typescript with hand written corrections throughout of this tale of a group of Gnomes and Leprechauns known as the Hedglings, with illustrations of the cast of characters she has created for the story. The book is bound in an old red ring binder folder on which the author has hand drawn and titled the illustrated cover. The book opens with colour and black & white photostat copies of her original drawings of the various characters that appear in the story. The story itself opens with her original hand drawn title page, There are two versions of the story, the first one runs to 31 numbered pages, the "B Version" of the story runs to 28 pages, both are dated 1986. The author has signed the inside of the front cover of the folder, along with her address, 12 inches tall approx., THE AUTHOR'S OWN ORIGINAL HAND CORRECTED TYPESCRIPT OF TWO VERSIONS OF HER UNPUBLISHED STORY "THE HEDGLINGS" WITH HAND ILLUSTRATED COVERS AND SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR WITHIN.
