Brustbild im Oval mit Wappen (dabei die Wappen von Bayern, Franken, Rotenburg und Henneberg), mit ausführlichem lateinischen Text. Kupferstich aus "Philosophia Herbipolensis aeternae episcoporum." von A. R. F. Höffling bei Kleyer in Würzburg, 1712. 25 x 16,3 cm (Plattengröße), 18 x 16 cm (Bildgröße). - Leicht gebräunt, im weißen Rand und im Text etwas fleckig. - Gozbald: 8. Bischof von Würzburg (1.4.841 - 20.9.854). Gozbald entstammt dem bayerischen Raum, und gilt als Anhänger Ludwigs des Deutschen, der dem Bistum darauf auch mehrfach seine Gunst erweist. Nach Gozbald wurde wahrscheinlich Goßmannsdorf bei Ochsenfurt benannt. Kurz vor seinem Tod wurde der Dom durch Blitzschlag zerstört. Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 0.
