INCLUDED WITH THE BOOK IS: A printed double page - A title page, and page 29 - Written on the bottom of this title page is the following message: "Dear Bob, Forgive me but I am printing some new prospectuses P envelopes. There is a typographical error on the inside of this one and I did not have a clear envelope either. The price of the book is $25.00, however, if you see it at The Quill you will note that the price is higher, which we raised after copies 1 - 50 were sold.
