Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. Hardcover with gray cloth over boards, red lettering and illustration across front cover and spine. Spine toned about half a shade darker than covers. A few faint white stains across covers, alongside smaller scuffs, likely due to shelf wear. No lettering damaged or rendered illegible. Corners gently bumped. Title and copyright pages dated only 1932. 304 pages, illustrations by Manning DeV. Lee throughout. Very light coffee stain at bottom right corner of pages 9-110, never big enough to extend to text block, no water warping of pages. Otherwise clean and bright. Half title page inscribed "To my friend M--- with affectionate greetings, from Rose B. Knox" in blue ink. Binding neat and tight. Please email us with questions or to request photos.
