The first publication of The Grenfell Press, by printer Leslie Miller; she studied at The New School, and founded The Grenfell Press i…n 1979. Autograph letter, signed by Leslie Miller, laid into the book; one quarto page, on Grenfell Press letterhead, New York, N. Y., June 17, 1980, to "Dear Mrs. (Charles) Dunbar." ALS, six lines, acknowledging receipt of recipient's order, stating: "Thank you for your support of the press, it is most appreciated. I hope you enjoy it. Best- Leslie." Folded for mailing, with creasing at extremities, short tear at bottom edge (at margin). Natural linen covers, and Japanese endpapers, are lightly faded, else a near fine copy pp. [vi], 25, illustrated (including original linocut and drypoint prints). 4to First edition, limited to 85 numbered copies; first book of The Grenfell Press. Signed.
