Black imprinted advertisements on the back cover. Text is detached from the covers and spine. Map removed from the back cover leaving a cracked hinge. A purple stamp "Property of Radio Station WSB" stamped on the front paste down and on the rear paste down. Fair only. Contents include a brief description of history, geographical, climatic, healthfulness, centrality, population, railroads, manufacturing, mercantile, and other Atlanta information. There is a contents section and an index to the advertisers. Several nice illustrated advertisements. A sample of advertisers includes the Atlanta Brewing Company, Atlanta Cotton Mills, Capital City Bank, Gate City National Bank, J. J. Maddox, Spelman Seminary, Whitehall Hotel, and railroad advertisements. Pages are very clean.
