RARE book, especially in first edition, but this was the only signed copy I could find on the internet when this was listed! SIGNED BY BOTH AUTHORS SEPERATELY IN DIFFERENT COLOR INKS, BUT DONE AT THE SAME TIME, BECAUSE THE UNDERLINE IS THE SAME AS THE TOP SIGNATURE. HC book has decorated paper boards, orange cloth spine with faded silver font, and is in VG shape with bumped but sharp corners, and almost no shelf wear on high gloss covers. Orange cloth spine is slightly faded and soiled, non po marks, either foxing or food stain on ffep/inside fc. Lightly soiled page edges, tight, clean, square, faint musty odor. No DJ.
