Condition: Fine. *Price HAS BEEN REDUCED by 10% until Tuesday, May 26 (SALE item)* first edition, limited to 125 copies; [20], [1], [3] (ads) pp., illustrations in text and front inside cover in five single colors, pictorial paper wrappers in red and black, postcard size prospectus inserted; the cellophane protector chipped at back top margin, else fine; three short stories, The Monkey Cane, Little Bell, and The Hotel; one of the last publications of the press by its two founders, Lowry going into the Army the same year and Flora moving on to produce the album cover art for RCA and Columbia for which he is best known; many of the Little Man subscribers were University of Cincinnati students with little motivation to carefully preserve these idiosyncratic chapbooks and all are now scarce, especially in this condition. - If you are reading this, this item is actually (physically) in our stock and ready for shipment once ordered.
