No Binding. Condition: Fine. [Etching]. Otto Fischer (1870-1947) original etching, plate size: 12 1/8 x 9 1/4 inches, sheet size: 14 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches. "Head Study" printed on thick wove paper as commissioned and published by Vervielfaltigende Kunst in 1901. This impression bears the publisher's address and the words, "Original Radierung (Etching) Von O. Fischer" along lower plate-mark. Otto Fisher was one of Germany's most famous etchers and painters at the beginning of the 20th century. His art is held by major museums in Germany and internationally. A rich, magnificent impression with finely etched lines and shading stands as a tour de force of Fischer's works.
