First edition. A call to action for local communities to stop juvenile delinquency, prepared by King County Superior Court Judge, William G. Long (1894-1974) and the Lions Clubs of Seattle. Long was appointed specifically to the Juvenile Court in 1933 by Governor Clarence Martin, and served until 1970.
