Facsimile of reception letter praising the work from Albert C. Bossom on House of Commons stationery tipped in. Scarce. The title refers to the adoption of Iran as the official name of the state in 1935. The author was an official at the Iranian Embassy in London. Despite the premise, he later was the author of "Persia and the Powers" (London, 1946).
