Hardcover, light gray cloth boards show light soiling and toning, front board has stain in upper right corner and right side edge has several indentations. Overall interior binding is fairly good as far as text pages except for a bit of webbing showing at…page 44/45. Rear hinge has a thin crack and front hinge is just starting. Pages are toned due to age and some spotting and foxing is present. The right side of the exterior page edge is a light scrape near the bottom edge.
