Bawden at the piano. Composers performed include Quintan, Beach, Campana, Sullivan, and a folk song. Measures 4.75" by 3.75"; illustration of the… hotel on the recto. The Bellevue-Stratford was considered the cultural and social heart of the city in the early years of the twentieth century, and was often the site of the most important society balls and events. It hosted Presidents, celebrities, and society's elite. Very good to fine; some dust soiling, remains of previous adhesive to verso.
