It has been found that the manufacturing organization focusing on Control Chart for analysis a problem and inability to change organization culture is most important barrier in SPC. A thorough study of existing process revealed that the organization is facing the problem of rejection in Arm Chain Tensioner due to wearing of locating plate in manufacturing organization, New Swan Enterprises, Ludhiana. Analysis the problem with control chart. Keeping in view, changing the locating plate result in a reduction of rejection rate from 5% to .51%. 80 pp. Englisch.
