31p., sepia site and portrait photography on coated paper with spot color framing; 10x6.8 inch decorated wraps; heel slightly bumped, a very good copy but ex library: cased into library boards with minimal accession apparatus and a "withdrawn" stamp; wraps preserved, booklet slightly trimmed but otherwise clean and unmarked. $1,800,000 in Rockefeller money was donated "to buy land and to erect thereon and furnish a building to be used as a residential and social center for foreign and American students" in Berkeley. For the opening of the NYC venue John D. Rockefeller, Jr. gave an address in person.
